    Beth Gates

    It's not about me.

My purpose is to serve others, so it really isn't about me.

I am committed to helping healthcare providers evolve to new models of people-centric healthcare and enabling better collaboration and optimized workflows, expanding access to care, and improving patient outcomes across the entire continuum.

I have spent my career helping IT and clinical professionals optimize workflows, improve patient outcomes and enhance patient care. This includes: clinical transformation, performance support, software optimization, training design & delivery, service delivery & implementation, support services and service innovation & leadership. I am experienced in professional, managed and support services.

I believe in the tenants of servant leadership. Being a servant first, I focus primarily on the growth and well-being of people & the healthcare community. I find joy in putting the needs of others first and helping people develop and perform as highly as possible.

“God has given each of you some special abilities. Be sure to use them to help each other, passing on God’s many kind of blessing” (1 Peter 4:10 LB).

    Interactive Panel Discussion

    Orlando, Florida

With the trend toward employee-driven development plans, many L&D professionals now find themselves with a new problem: getting employees to engage with learning. Getting people to “buy” things is usually a marketer’s job, and increasingly L&D leaders must cultivate their marketing skills: positioning, branding and generating demand for their learning programs. L&D leaders must also examine the effectiveness of their eLearning, LMS and blended learning options, while keeping the door open for new ideas like employee generated content and collaboration
